My name is Marcy, though I’m also known as Cyn, and I am committed to ensuring the smooth operation of the community, making sure that the rules are clear and fair for everyone while also fostering an atmosphere of respect and camaraderie.

I will always be attentive to any issues that may arise, looking for quick and effective solutions to ensure the best possible experience within Blackshalo. I also want to work on new ideas and events that keep the community active and engaging, always listening to members' suggestions and seeking ways to improve.

Additionally, I will monitor the ROK server daily to detect potential hackers or rule-breakers, taking the necessary actions to maintain a fair and secure environment for everyone.
