Max Power or something like that was doing the same ( about 30 min ago), he is obviously a noob and he uses wallhack and autoshooter, no doubt. He said that "he knows how to change his IP" and also he mentioned that he has been banned two times.

Pro bots doesn't get caught in server. And if he does know how to change IP, no problem. Hash ban can handle him.

If u do hash ban, u will be banning half of Halo's players.

That's only for public hashes. And these type of pro hackers usually have dedicated hashes.

Not really, so many times I found myself banned in a server I have never been to before.

many players got the same hash, that's why when u ip ban using it, u end up banning many random players. Hash ban can only be used on those that actually bought the game rather than getting it for free.
